***If he has yellow mucus coming from his eyes (tear ducts)...it's his allergies trying to find a way out. Maddy had the same thing when she was an infant. No biggie, he's just stuffed up.
***Try to place his head on a flat surface, like the sheet only. Never use a blanket or pillow for sleepy time. Those rambunctious bunnies love to move and rumble and tend to snuggle their nose into soft places i.e.: blanket.
***Give the little man some diaper air then close him up. Boys tend to tinkle at the first sign of cool air. He'll tinkle again, and then you can change his diaper.
I'm so glad he's eating well, and going potty on a regular schedule. Their poor little tummies need time to adjust. It's all part of growing up.
Having a new baby comes with a ton of trial-and-error moments. That's the joy of parenting...learning what works and what doesn't. It sounds like you two are doing wonderful so far.
My favorite picture is of him sitting up (against the pillow) with a slight grin on his face, secretly saying..."Yep, I got these two eating out of my hands already!!" ha ha ha...
